1. About Us

Spectrum Blinds & Curtains supply and fit made to measure window blinds, shutters and curtains.

We also offer a bespoke soft furnishings service.

We provide no obligation quotations for both domestic and commercial customers. All products are

supplied and fitted to the highest standards.

2. Delivery

At the time of quotation, we will provide an approximate delivery date.

Once your goods have been received, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for

installation.

3. Cancellation Policy

All products are made to measure according to your agreed specifications and are not suitable for

resale or reuse.

Cancellations or changes may only be made within 48 hours of placing the order.

After 48 hours, no changes or refunds will be issued. The 30% deposit will be forfeited.

Delays outside our control may occur. We are not liable for such delays.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

At Spectrum Blinds, we are committed to supplying high-quality products that are built to last. For

your peace of mind, all of our blinds, shutters and curtain products are supplied with manufacturer

guarantees.

Shutterlite, Shutters

5 Year Guarantee

Vertical blinds, Metal Venetian blinds, Roller blinds, Perfect Fit blinds, Allusion blinds, Pleated

blinds, Vision blinds

Our guarantees cover manufacturing faults under normal use and provide reassurance that your

window coverings are designed to offer long-lasting performance.

If you have any questions about your product guarantee, our team will be happy to help.

Any concerns regarding installation or appearance must be reported within 48 hours of fitting so

they can be investigated promptly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure access to windows is clear before installation.

We are not responsible for damage to nearby items.

5. Payment

30% deposit required. Balance due on installation day.

Goods remain property of Spectrum Blinds & Curtains until paid in full.
